Teaching Philosophy
I believe that all students are entitled to a high-quality education.

I believe that that it is my responsibility to utilize different teaching strategies in an effort to reach all learners.
I believe that students should be actively engaged in their own learning.
I believe that I have an obligation to motivate my students by showing them that I’m excited to be learning.
I believe that teachers should set and communicate high expectations to all of their students.
I believe in teaching students the skills necessary to discover their dreams and reach their fullest potential.
I believe that the more school and family are joined as partners, the greater the children’s chances are for success.
I believe that it is important to tell students that they are important to me.
I believe that it is important to be fair and consistent. Fair does not mean equal.
I believe that teachers must devote ample time to going over procedures, routines, and expectations.
I believe that it is my responsibility to find the “inner genius” is each and every child.

I believe that classroom management is of utmost importance to the learning process.
